Welcome to Birth Feelings

Motherhood is a journey that begins long before birth and extends far beyond. As a passionate clinical psychologist and advocate for perinatal mental health. I focus on VBAC women and birth trauma. I bring a unique perspective to VBAC coaching and birth trauma therapy. With years of professional experience supporting mothers through the complexities of birth trauma and the challenges of trying to conceive, pregnancy, birth and postpartum, Dr. Rebecca understands firsthand the emotional landscape that accompanies these experiences.

My journey into parenthood started with personal triumphs and challenges. As an emergency c-section mom who later achieved a successful VBAC, I know the transformative power of supportive guidance and the importance of feeling empowered during childbirth. It's this journey that fuels my commitment to supporting other moms and birthing women, ensuring they feel heard, supported, and capable as they navigate their own paths.

At Birth Feelings, Dr. Rebecca, is dedicated to nurturing your emotional well-being throughout this transformative time. Whether you're navigating the early days of motherhood or grappling with the aftermath of birth trauma, I'm here to provide compassionate support and evidence-based guidance.

I've helped countless women find peace and confidence in their motherhood journey, by empowering them to reclaim their birth experience. Let Dr. Rebecca at Birth Feelings be your partner in achieving a VBAC, navigating birth trauma, and embracing motherhood with confidence so that you have the support and resources needed to thrive.
